Short term rentals For rentals of 3 or more days, the agreed daily rate is further reduced. For example, if you rent a car with us for one week, we offer you even more interesting special conditions. So it is always worth calculating in advance! Long term rentals If you need a car for an extended period of time, we recommend our advantageous long term rates AvisFlex. When planning your car rental needs, always consider that when you rent on a monthly basis, you benefit from a reduced rate from the first day on, compared with daily rates. You commit yourselves for minimum one month, but you rent at the lowest possible rate from the first day on. The essential advantage of this offer lies in the rental length: the longer you rent, the lower the rate. At the same time, you avoid long term capital lockup in a purchase or leasing contract.
Another exclusive service for our corporate customers are our individual reporting tools Our intelligent reporting tools provide travel managers with detailed information on their business travellers' rental behaviour, so that they can control all important figures at one glance. This allows them to save time, to quickly recognise cost reduction potentials and to monitor the compliance with the company's travel guidelines. Due to our rental processing system and a complex data warehouse, all rentals worldwide are available as data source to analyse your business travellers' rental behaviour. For this billing method, your company’s corporate conditions as well as the respective employee’s personal data and credit card number are stored and linked to an Avis customer number. This number allows identifying your business travellers at each Avis location worldwide, so they can rent at the agreed conditions with payment by credit card. Avis Charge Card The Avis Charge Card is a personal charge card issued by Avis for corporate customers in order to enable your business travellers to make cashless payments for car rentals. The cardholder's personal data as well as the corporate conditions are stored in our rental processing system and can be retrieved for every rental upon presentation of the Avis Charge Card - worldwide!
