AVIROMS RENT A CAR S.R.L. carries on rent-a-car activities, with Avis license in Romania.
The foremost objective of the company is to offer services that would satisfy the present and future requirements of its clients
The responsibility of the organization management from the quality point of view as well comes to the General&Financial Manager, that undertakes to ensure:
- training of the personnel in order to know and to apply the provisions of the Quality Management System and in order to increase their professional competences
- establishment and communication within the organization of the Quality Objectives, with targets and indicators, with modalities to measure and monitor processes, so as all the activity of the company would be under control and to ensure the ongoing improvement of the implemented Quality Management System.
All of these are found discussed in the Quality Management System, implemented according to the SR EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard. The General&Financial Manager and the Management Representative for Quality analyze the system evolution in the meetings of management analyses (half-yearly or whenever necessary).
The policy on quality is available for interested third parties and is communicated to the entire personnel of the organization. The Quality Management System Handbook and the afferent procedures describe the requirements specific to the activity domain of AVIROMS RENT A CAR S.R.L.. and are distributed in a controlled manner to the entire personnel of the company.
