Your contract with Avis

The rental contract is the material proof of your rental with Avis. It will be asked to you in case of breakdown, accident or complaint.

If however you note inaccuracies on your rental contract (erroneous fuel level, state of the vehicle non in conformity…), please contact your Avis agency with the number indicated on the contract and this, before your vehicle return.
