We offer:
Regular maintenance each …..km indicated by the manufacturer for chosen kilometrage
Regular maintenance costs are calculated on pre-selected months and kilometers and official TM tables from official vehicle manufacturers. Official tables include: all parts, labour, fluid replacement ( oil, brake fluid, etc.) as specified by the manufacturer.
All maintenance/repairs as prescribed by the manufacturer for chosen kilometrage, including any wear and tear items worn by normal usage (brake pads, wipers, and etc.)

Also includes any wear and tear items worn by normal usage (e.g. brake pads, wiper, blades, etc.), wheel alignment, items not covered by the manufacturers warranty and all other maintenance related items.
Winter tyres and/or summer tyres
High quality tyres from reliable supplier.
Accident management service (from the time the vehicle is bought, re-insured, accident occurs, until the damage is repaired)
Guide the client through the maze of procedures that follow an insurance: to insure, re-insure, provide the client with all needed documents, administration of accident, negotiations with assessors and services.
Invoice management service, including checking of invoices accuracy and jobs done, provision of one consolidated maintenance bill.
Reporting to self environment system, comprehensive statistics reports, total administration of incoming invoices from technical suppliers: checking the invoices accuracy (checking the correspondence of ordered job and price for it) , provision of a single invoice on a monthly basis for whole fleet.
Management of all maintenance and repairs, including technical information and feedback.
Each driver is provided with 1 telephone number for technical support: order of regular TM, questions regarding extra services, order of tyres reasembling, order of door to door service, order for car wash, order for airport parking lot.
24 h Road side assistance with comprehensive driver support
Each driver is provided with one 24 h telephone number which helps 24 hours a day, every day of the year by providing: practical assistance and expert advice in the event of a breakdown or accident. Delivery of replacement car if it's needed/or included in the contract.
Tyres storage, including checking the suitability of use
Non seasonal tires are being stored till next season at AVIS place. Client’s authorized person will be informed about the condition of tyres and proposal for the best solution.
Tyres reasembling and balancing
Twice per year. Client's authorised person or each driver ( according to agreed conditions) will be informed about start date of tyres reasembling period and should be agreed about service providing time.
Obligatory technical service according to state requirements
Obligatory technical inspection should be done every 3 years for the vehicle and every 2 years for cargo vans. Service include: checking of technical inspection date accuracy, door to door service and obligatory technical service with documentation.
Door to door service
Service should be ordered in advance (the same 1 telephone number) to order the date and time for parking lot. Client has a possibility to order ( in advance) technical services to be done when the vehicle is left at the airport ( car wash, tyres reasembling, regular TM).
Fuel card(s) - AVIS pays for the fuel and bills the Customer on monthly basis
AVIS provide you with Statoil Routex card with x eur discount/ltr, x% discount for wash, x%discount for liquids, pays for the fuel and bills the Customer on monthly basis. Detailed monthly reports are also attached.
Replacement vehicle
Availabality of short term rental vehicles from our own fleet for several days or months rental. Could be several option of replacement vehicle included: X days per x period, X days for whole fleet per X period.
Vehicle outside wash
Includes exterior wash, windows clean, wheels and tires cleaned.
Vehicle interior cleaning
Vacuuming and dusting (also wiped console and door panels), interior mats cleaned, and etc.
Pre-delivery vehicle
This service is provided to clients who have ordered vehicles and require the vehicle while waiting on new ordered car to arrive. Pre-delivery cars are available from AVIS short term rental fleet.
AVIS administration package
Active support on fleet issues: fleet consultation and fleet tenders organization, evaluation of existing fleet according to market price and fleet realization to the end customer , preaparation of fleet policy, fleet monitoring through fleet system, organisation of test drives, short term rent a car issues in Baltic States and rest of the world.
