We have differentiated ourselves from our competitors through recent developments such as our easy to use Avis Microsite (booking-tool), rapid return service and our new, customer-friendly rental agreement in many different languages. Rental cars will be arranged at the most effective cost with preferred partners. Use of other companies must be based on sound reasons. Standard rental cars category is compact class. A higher category may be allowed exceptionally (e.g. due to the number of passengers). Payments should always be made with the Business Corporate Credit Card. Rentals for business purposes do not require insurance. This is also applicable outside Switzerland, including the USA. For private rentals, employees are encouraged to take out adequate coverage, as the Company will not be involved in any possible private litigation. Private rentals must be made with a personal credit card. The most favourable tariffs will be offered to Company employees. Car rentals may be booked through e-Travel, the Travel Agency or other relevant booking channels. booking-methods:
