Hours of delivery and collection

Delivery and collection is available from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 18.00 hours and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. This service is available for individual residents in Belgium only. Delivery / collection will be in a time slot of 2 hours.

If delivery / collection is delayed due to lack of notice, the cost of delivery / collection will not be charged. If the driver is not present at the appointed time, i.e. during the time slot described above, and the vehicle can not be delivered/collected, the cost of delivery / collection and rental fee for the vehicle (if delivery failed: 1 day rental, if collection failed: to the delivery of the vehicle by the driver) will be charged to the credit card of the driver.

Costs

The costs shown below are per delivery or collection (excl. VAT) and are in addition to rental fees.

Delivery within a 10km range of station location: Euro 19.00
Recovery within a 10km range of station location: Euro 19.00

Terms

In order to use this service, the following conditions must be met:

Delivery / collection only to a private address in Belgium.
Delivery / collection only available for Belgium residents.
Delivery / collection will only be executed after confirmation by phone, or e-mail by the rental station.
The credit card used for payment must be in the name of the person booking the car.
The driver must be 23 or older.
The driver must personally take / return the vehicle at the agreed time.
A valid driver's license of minimum 1 year old must be presented to rent the car.
The standard Avis rental terms and conditions concerning the minimum age, etc... must be met.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the selected fare conditions apply. Delivery / collection may be canceled 48hours before the agreed time. In case of late cancellation or if the reservation is not canceled, the cost of delivery / collection and rental fees for the vehicle (if delivery failed: 1 day rental) will be charged to credit card of the driver?
