Additional Drivers
All additional drivers must meet the same minimum age and driver’s license requirements as the renter.
Additional Driver Fee: 10.00 USD per day, per additional driver.

Charge card hold:
The charge card hold is the estimated rental charges plus:
• Non-waivable excess
• Full tank of gas charge
• An additional 5%
Prepayment
Cash Rentals: are allowed and subject to cash qualifications. Renters must be cash qualified at the rental counter. For additional information, renters may contact the rental counter directly. Minimum prepayment amount required is the total estimated rental charges plus 950.00 USD.
Travel Vouchers: Avis and Avis-honored vouchers are accepted as payment only. Renters must also present an Avis-honored credit card.
Debit Cards: are not accepted.
Taking your vehicle outside the Country
Not applicable. Cars are not allowed outside of the country.
Waiver and Protection Options
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Purchase of CDW reduces the customer’s financial responsibility for damage to or loss of the Avis vehicle as a result of an accident.
Damage to people and their property
Public Liability covers injury or death to a third party (persons outside the Avis vehicle). Property Damage covers damage to property other than the Avis vehicle and the renter’s, drivers, or passengers’ property.
Third party property damage and personal liability protections are included in the cost of the rental, providing the minimum coverage required by laws of the country.
- • For any claim by any one person: Up to 94,339.62 USD
• For a series of claims from one event: Up to 377,358.00 USD
• For property damage: Up to 94,339.62 USD
Driving License and ID Requirements
A valid driver’s license from the country of residence is required. A local driver’s permit is required at a cost of 24.00 USD. The permit is available at the rental counter. International driving license is required only for countries with non-Roman alphabet. International driving license is a translation only.
Fuel Charges
The vehicle is rented with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas or there will be a charge for refueling. If you have refueled please keep your receipt for verification purposes. Check with counter for prepaid options.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection is on request during office hours. Hotel name must be included in RMKs.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy
To be guaranteed, reservation for all car groups must include the customer’s charge card number, expiration date and billing address. A no-show fee of 75.00 USD will apply if the reservation is canceled with less than 48 hour notice or if the customer does not rent the vehicle with 12 hours of the reserved time.
One Way Rentals
Not applicable.
Special Equipment
Child Safety Seats (CSS): Available at a cost of 5.00 USD per day.
