The prices in this document are subject to change – but they’ll give you a good idea of what to expect. For exact prices, please contact the rental location or contact the reservations team. All prices include VAT, where it’s charged.
Usage based on mileage and kilometer can be both limited and unlimeted. This depends on the rate being used. Please make sure you review the details during the reservation process.
Additional drivers can be added for EUR 9,00 per day (incl. VAT). The maximum charge is EUR 102,00 per rental (incl. VAT).
Any additional drivers must be present when you collect the car. All drivers must meet our conditions of rental. See the Driver Licence/ID and Age Requirement sections for full details.
Client must be at least 21 years old to rent at this location, except car groups D, E, J, L, O, P where driver must be at least 25 years old. No maximum renting age restrictions apply nor do senior driver surcharges.
Drivers License and ID Requirements
Each driver must show photographic proof of identity and passport at the start of the rental. All drivers must present a full and current driving licence which has been held for at least 1 year. The licence must be valid for use in the renting country.
If your licence was issued outside the European Community you must provide an International Driving Licence.
We will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of damage or theft.Please refer to the Waiver and Protection Options section for further information on driver liability.

CREDIT CARDS
A credit card in the name of the main driver must be produced at the time of rental.

For car group E; L; P we need two credit cards, or one Visa Platinum / Infinity or one MasterCard Platinum.
Collecting and Returning Your Vehicle
Airport stations:
The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information.
During Office Hours
When valid flight number is provided, it can affect the planned pick up time (e.g. delayed flight).
The reserved car will be held for max. 60 minutes after planned pick up / landing time (only with valid flight nr.)
Out of Office Hours fee may apply.
Out of Office Hours -Collection
This service is only available at Airport locations upon written confirmation
The service can not be booked online, it must be requested directly by email.
The charge for this service is EUR 15,00 per every commenced hour.
We need the following information when you make your booking.

If you do not collect the vehicle a "No Show" charge of the full rental amount will apply.
Out of Office Hours - Return
If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of staff.
You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of pick up.
This service is available at all our locations, and it is free of charge. Please park the car in the designated parking lot at the secured airport parking and leave keys, car documents and parking ticket in the drop box located at the rental counter.

During Office Hours
The reserved car will be held for max. 240 minutes after planned pick up / landing time (only with valid flight nr.)
Out of Office Hours Collection
This service is not available.
Out of Office Hours Return
If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of staff.
You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of pick up.
This service is only available at our all our locations, and it is free of charge. Please park the car in the designated parking lot at a secured parking and leave keys, car documents in the drop box.
If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget/ Avis staff.
You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of pick up.
This service is only available at all our locations, and it is free of charge. Please park the car in the designated parking lot at the secured airport parking and leave keys, car documents and parking ticket in the drop box located at the rental counter.
Cancellations and No Show Charges
Customer may cancel up to 24 hours prior to pick up date wihtout any cancellation fee. For cancellations of rentals with less than 24 hours a EUR 50.00 "cancellation fee" will be charged.
If you do not collect the vehicle a "No Show" charge equal to the full rentalprice is applicable.
Taking Your Vehicle Outside the Country
The vehicle can be taken cross border, free of charge, only with a written permission issued by Avis, to the following countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Andorra, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Austria, Spain (with the exceptance of Cuetta), The United Kingdom, Sweden or Switzerland.
Please note this is cross border only, the vehicle must return to the Netherlands.
The vehicle is equipped in accordance to the Dutch law, when taking the vehicle outside the Netherlands, the renter is must ensure that the vehicle meets the legal requirements of the concerning country.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability if the vehicle is damaged. If the vehicle is damaged you will pay the cost of repair up to the excess amount.
CDW is included in most rates sold on Avis websites.
CDW is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. If your rate includes CDW this cost is already included in your rental price.
Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW)
Super CDW reduces the excess you would pay if the vehicle is damaged. The reduced excess is shown in the table below. Super CDW is also known as Excess Reduction.
Theft Protection (TP)
Theft Protection reduces your liability if the vehicle is stolen (subject to an excess). The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. If your rate includes Theft Protection this cost is already included in your rental price.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
EUR 6,35 / day for all car groups
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers and their property, when using a Avis vehicle.
Third party liability is included in the rental price.
Maximum coverage in case of damage to property is EUR 2.5 mln
Maximum coverage in case of personal injury is EUR 5,0 mln

If CDW is not included in your rate, and you do not purchase CDW, you will be liable for the full market value of the vehicle in case of damage.
If TP is not included in your rate, and you do not purchase TP, you will be liable for the full market value of the vehicle in case of theft.
Baby seats, child seats and child booster seats are available at a cost of EUR 5.08 per day, up to a maximum charge of EUR 50.84 / rental.
GPS units are available at a cost of EUR 12.20 per day up to maximum charge of EUR 121,97 per rental.
If the GPS is damaged, lost or stolen, you'll have to pay a charge of EUR 180.00 (VAT included) on top of the hire fee.
For cars returned with empty / partially empty tank a refuelling charge of EUR 20.00 /rental applies additional to the missing fuel cost.
Malfunctions caused by refuelling with improper fuel type will be charged with the amount of minimum EUR 300.00 (VAT included).
An administration charge of EUR 42.35 (incl. vat) will apply for traffic violation/ fines (e.g.: Parking / Speeding tickets)
