Additional driver
The rental vehicle is normally only insured for the person who makes the rental. If others plan to drive the car, they must be present at time of rental to be added to the Rental Agreement.
All additional drivers must present a full driver's license that has been held for at least one year.
To cover insurance for each additional driver Avis will apply Additional driver fee - 11.99 Euro per day, per driver for the first 10 days of the rental.
The renter is obliged to inform Avis at any time, upon demand, of the name and address of the driver. In the event of damage to the vehicle while driven by a third person,
the renter is entirely liable for all costs arising there from.
