To speak to someone in our lovely reservations team about making a booking, including if you require a car outside of Avis’ usual opening times, then please call 0844 581 0155.
If you have a query about a rental that has already happened, then please email our customer services team on email@example.com, giving us your Avis rental agreement or reservation number so that we can locate your rental in our system.

Flying to Newquay Airport? Please make your booking for our Truro location at Tregulls Road and make sure you include your flight number in the booking. Alternatively, please call our reservations team on 0844 581 0155 and they will be able to help you make your booking. Your car will be delivered to and collected from the airport at your convenience. A charge of £15 will be added to your rental for delivery, and the same for collection.
If you would like to pick up a car at Dundee Airport, then book to pick up at our Dundee location at 22 Old Glamis Road and be sure to include your flight number in the booking. Alternatively, please call our reservations team on 0844 581 0155 and they will be able to help you make your booking.
