Event Rent: Transport Solutions for big events
While organising big events or visits, Avis is the natural choice – we have the biggest experience for offering complicated transport solutions. Regualr cars, limousines, microbuses, tour buses, cargo delivery vans – everything will be arranged!
The optimal transport scheme will be drawn up in co-operation with the organisers of the event. Avis guarantees the arrival of people to the agreed destination in time. We will take care that the vehicles will be there, clean and in order, supplied with eligible drivers.

Big Event Projects of Avis Estonia
We have arranged the transport solutions for the following Events:
2009 - Maddona tour Sticky and Sweet. Avis orginized 3 Luxury Cadillac Escalade with chauffeurs for Madonna and her team.
2009 - Festival of Hope with Franklin Graham. Avis participated in the project, providing 25 vehicles with chauffeurs.
2008 - State visit of the Prime Minister of France Francois Fillon. Avis participated in the project, providing 20 vehicles with chauffeurs.
2006 - NATO meeting in Riga.
2006 - State Visit of the President of United States George W. Bush (Tallinn). Avis participated in the project, providing approximately 60 vehicles.
2005 - The training for rescue officials by Technology Management Company, USA – liquidating pollution in Estonia, eliminating “terrorists” on the Bay of Tallinn. Bus transfers – approximately 10 different buses.
2005 - The UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) conference (Tallinn 2005). Avis provided approximately 40 vehicles during two weeks, including cars, luxury cars with chauffeurs, buses.
2005 - State Visit of the President of United States George W. Bush (Riga).Avis participated in the project, providing approximately 50 vehicles during two weeks.
2004 - State Visit of the President of United States George W. Bush (Vilnius). Avis participated in the project, providing around 100 different vehicles during four weeks, including cars, jeeps, microbuses, delivery vans, tour buses.
2002 - State Visit of President of France, Jacques Chirac (Tallinn). Avis participated in the project, providing approximately 10 cars without chauffeurs and 20 cars with chauffeurs; approximately 10 luxury cars with cauffeurs; approximately 20 different sized buses with drivers. The project lasted for three weeks (the organisers of the event, security staff, journalists etc arrived earlier).
