Avis Priority Rental - The only 24-hour, on-airport car rental service at T5

Avis Heathrow is delighted to offer priority rental service for all British Airways Gold Executive Club Members and other partnership customers by invitation only. Avis Priority Rental allows customers to step straight off their flight, walk out of the airport and drive away in their rental car, which will be waiting for them in the Avis Priority parking spaces.

There will be no more shuttle buses or rental desks; simply head out of Arrivals, collect your keys from a key box, check your rental agreement and drive away.

To be eligible for this service you must be:

1) British Airways Gold Executive Club Member or have been invited to use the service

2) Enrolled in Avis Preferred, Avis' speed of service scheme, and have opted to sign a "Master Rental Agreement". To join Avis Preferred click here.

Terms and Conditions:
  • "Priority Rental Service" is only available to British Airways Gold Executive Club Members (or other partnership customers by invitation only) who are enrolled on Avis Preferred and who have opted to sign a Master Rental Agreement.
  • "Priority Rental Service" only operates out of Avis Heathrow rental station and car parking spaces for this service are only available at T5.
  • Reasonable endeavours will be made to accommodate all the Priority rental bookings that are received, however, Avis Heathrow reserve the right to decline the service. In this event, the customer's reservation will be honoured through the normal rental facilities.
  • Qualifying reservations must include a British Airways AWD number: N744400 , N744300, N744100, N743700, N284300
  • Priority Rental bookings are only valid if they are made through the dedicated Microsite "www.avis.co.uk/priority" either directly by the customer or through a British Airways Call Centre Agent.
  • Priority Rental bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance of the customer arriving at T5 to pick up his rental car.
  • If customers wish to modify or cancel a "Priority rental", they must contact Avis Heathrow or the help inbox priorityhelp@avis-europe.com
  • Ancillaries: Avis GPS are available to hire on request with an additional charge and will be found in the boot of the rental car. Baby seats and Child seats are also available to hire on request and with an additional charge. Both products are subject to availability. If extra insurance cover is required please contact the Priority Help inbox at: priorityhelp@avis-europe.com. Additional drivers need to be enrolled on Avis Preferred also. Avis Preferred numbers of additional drivers must be emailed to priorityhelp@avis-europe.com before the rental and agreed.
  • As this service is a remote pick-up service, promotional vouchers cannot be used unless agreed before hand with Heathrow T5 rental station.
  • Once they have collected their car keys from the key box, customers are responsible for ensuring the inner and outer doors of the key box are closed securely.
  • Customers are responsible for checking their car for any unrecorded damage and reading through their rental agreement before they begin their rental. Customers must call Avis Heathrow immediately if there is a problem 0844 544 3101
  • Once they have completed their rental, customers are fully responsible for returning their car to the Priority Rental parking spaces.
  • Customers are fully responsible for putting their car park ticket into the rental wallet and then placing this on the dashboard, locking the car, placing the keys in a "drop off" box and ensuring that both the inner door and outer door are closed securely. If the customer has problems doing any of these steps they must contact Avis Heathrow on 0844 544 3101. All risk and responsibility for the vehicle remains with the customer pending the full and proper completion of the above procedures.
